    E Services Russia:


    Non-established suppliers of E-services to Russia are required to register for Russian VAT. VAT is only due on B2C sales, however its been confirmed that non-established suppliers must charge Russian VAT upon B2B supplies of e-services to Russia from 1st Jan 2019.
