Essentia also offers its customers a unique General Ledger (GL) service. The GL is the final stage of a company’s accounting. We are responsible for bookkeeping in a number of different countries, including taxes, reconciliation process and fixed assets accounting. ‘We perform and supervise all accounting activities from single records to financial reports.’ The GL team monitors financial activity for accuracy and compliance on a regular and timely basis. We reconcile the general ledger to information contained in other systems and sources of financial data. GL team members have very good communication skills as they have
contact with various levels within the organization itself and with external and internal auditors, controllers and tax offices.
