    Belgium- UK Companies Will Require A Brexit Fiscal Rep


    The Belgium VAT authorities are informing UK traders with a Belgian registration and Belgium VAT number that they are required to appoint a local fiscal representative who is jointly and severally liable for all their activity ahead of  December 2020 deadline(the point at which the UK leaves the EU VAT regime) Belgium is demanding that all these businesses must start registering with a fiscal representative effective from 1st October 2020.
