    Estonia VAT Changes For E Publications:


    The Estonian authorities have voted for the harmonisation of their VAT rate to the reduced rate on paper-based equivalents. This includes: E books;  audio books; all digital educational materials as well as online news papers. This effectively means that E publications will benefit from the 9% reduced VAT rate instead of the current standard VAT rate of 20%.

    They have not yet confirmed an implementation date.
