    Greece: Ministry of Finance are looking to introduce a mandatory real-time electronic invoicing system


    The Greek Ministry of Finance are looking to introduce a mandatory real-time electronic invoicing system in addition to online electronic bookkeeping effective 2019.

    The mechanism will replicate the EU-approved Italian mandatory e-invoice verification system. A pilot scheme is expected to be implemented from 1st Jan 2019
