    Luxembourg: E Book VAT Reduction


    Luxembourg has confirmed it has agreed to lower its VAT rate on electronic books from the standard rate of 17% down to the super reduced rate of 3%. We are still waiting for confirmation from the authorities on when these changes will come into effect.
