    Poland – e-Invoicing Delayed


    On the 19th of January 2024 the Polish Minister of Finance announced that the mandatory e-invoicing system (so-called ‘KSeF’) will not go live as of 1 July 2024 as initially intended. There were certain IT issues diagnosed with the KSeF system which will have to be fixed before taxpayers will be obliged to use it. Furthermore, the Minister of Finance confirmed that the e-invoicing system will not come into force on a mandatory basis in 2024.
