    Spain- Confirms Reduction Of VAT Rate Down To 4% On e-publications.


    Spain recently announced that the Spanish Parliament agreed to implement measures to reduce the VAT rate on  e-publications. from the current standard rate of 21% to a new reduced rate of 4%. The measures take effect from 23rd April 2020.
